Kayla is on the verge of becoming an old lady,
according to her. She turned 9!!! For her b-day,
she invited a few friends rollerskating. Wow!
Why do I go to the work of throwing birthday
parties. This was so easy. No games to make,
no treat bags, no decorations. We ordered pizza
and had cupcakes. And of course, in the morning,
her usual b-day breakfast, pancakes with candles.

That looks fun. What a good idea. I'm not a party fan anymore either. It's a lot of work.
